Composite materials are continuously developing and their use is rapidly increasing in all engineering fields, particularly in the production of aerospace and marine structures.

With these advances in technology a modern approach to their inspection and integrity monitoring is required.

Composites, by their nature are inhomogeneous, therefore, ensuring continued strength throughout the structure’s life requires periodic inspections in order defects can be detected and corrected quickly, and at the lowest possible cost.

We have extensive experience in testing composite structures using a wide range of Non Destructive Test (NDT) equipment and techniques, including ultrasonics, penetrants, magnetics, radiography, eddy currents and laser shearography. This allows us to inspect a huge range of complex composite materials from super yachts to stealth aircraft, with minimal contact and without damage to the materials.
