Marine Consultant
Keith is a Marine Consultant based in our Cardiff office.
Keith Hazen has a Masters Foreign Going Certificate Class 1 and prior to joining MTD, Keith sailed as Master on many and various vessels in the Oil and Offshore Industry.
Since joining MTD in 2018, Keith has been involved in the investigation of cargo quality disputes and claims for a wide range of clients involving a variety of petroleum products, petrochemicals, steel and coal cargoes. He has experience in petroleum and chemical contamination claims, and bunker disputes. He has also undertaken investigations into damage to paint coatings on ships and terminals.
Keith is a member of the Nautical Institute and of their Sea Going Consultation Group on maritime topics.
